it’s me, again features an eclectic group of artists working across weaving, oil painting, sculpture, and multimedia. With works from Tali Halpern, Sabrina Zhao, Mack Baker, Karen Remsen, each artist shares a personal exploration of the self and identity. Through a diversity of mediums, it’s me, again encourages viewers to consider the interplay between internal reflection and external perception.

Izora Contemporary is a Chicago based pop up gallery highlighting innovative artists that push creative boundaries.

“bondage of self / yearning for former ignorance” 2024. 52x42” handwoven on TC2, cotton, lurex, acrylic, wool, embroidery, rhinestone, beads, jewellery and mom’s unfinished hand-knit sweaters. Based on collaboration with Jane Serenska and Stephanie Jensen.

“untitled (touch velvet),” 2023. 42x62”. handwoven on a tc2. made with cotton, dye, chains, acrylic paint, embroidery floss, and rhinestones.  Based on collaboration with Jane Serenska, Stephanie Jensen and Dani Santoya.
